My children, back in their natural habitat, The Bookshop @waterstonesliverpool
A bit of sunny Easter Sunday tree climbing on Hampstead Heath. Hope you are all having a glorious day.
Walk through Regent's Park this afternoon. Did I mention that I am obsessed with spring flora? Feel a bit giddy with it.
Couldn't resist cutting a little branch of plum blossom from the garden to bring spring into the kitchen. And there is a tiny jar with a broken off hyacinth flower in too.
I just made roasted butternut squash houmous from scratch. It is packed with wholesome nutritious ingredients, and it tastes okayish, but actually not nearly as nice as the tub of @tescofood houmous I usually buy. And the kids probably won't eat it because it's lumpy.
This has to make Monday morning better, right? Right?
